NitroFlow Lab is a standalone gaseous nitrogen generator capable of producing up to 32 l/min of pure nitrogen for LC/MS at pressures up to 8 bar. Nitrogen is generated by combining compression and membrane separation technologies. High- and low-pressure compressors are carefully matched to hollow-fiber membranes to ensure quiet and reliable operation. Oil-free compressed air is passed through hollow-fiber membranes, which separate the air into a concentrated nitrogen stream.
Typical applications include LC/MS, LC/MS/MS, nebulizer gas for APCI and ESI, ELSD, Turbo Vaps, and chemical solvent evaporation. NitroFlow Lab has been tested by all major LC/MS manufacturers.
Thanks to its exceptional dual-compressor technology, NitroFlow Lab offers numerous advantages over all other nitrogen generators for LC/MS currently available.
Nitrogen is produced at low pressure and then compressed to 8 bar. This ensures minimal system maintenance by eliminating the need for compressed air filter replacement and preventing condensate formation. The compressor is covered by Parker’s warranty for 8,000 hours of continuous operation.
