The 3-Port Liquid Flow Cell is a sealed analytical cell designed for flow analysis of oils and other liquids with a fixed 100 μm pathlength. It is mounted on a standard 3” x 2” slide back plate for easy integration into spectrometer sample compartments. The cell is constructed with a wedge geometry to suppress interference fringing, ensuring stable and reliable spectroscopic measurements.
Equipped with three ports, including two for sample flow and one for cleaning, the cell allows continuous flow operation and straightforward maintenance. The Omni-fit reverse cone ports accommodate 3.2 mm tubing and permit pressurization up to 30 psi (2 bar). Cleaning is performed without disassembly by flushing through the dedicated cleaning port fitted with a dead end.
