It addresses critical challenges such as availability of suitable reference matrices and the variable transmittance of UV-grade quartz below 200 nm.
The material comprises a proprietary TS8 solution exhibiting distinct absorption peaks within the deep UV spectrum, provided alongside a solvent blank. Both are contained in a matched pair of 10 mm pathlength far UV quartz cells with permanently heat-fused seals, ensuring stability and reproducibility. Certification includes absorbance values at approximately 191 nm (1.2 A), 209 nm (0.6 A), and 226 nm (1.0 A), as well as certified wavelength values at two bandwidths: 1.0 nm and 5.0 nm.
