NIR Wavelength Reference Solution Reference (900 – 2600 nm)

This Near Infrared (NIR) Wavelength Reference Material is designed for the wavelength calibration of spectrophotometers operating in the 900 nm to 2600 nm spectral range with spectral bandwidths of 5 nm or less. The reference consists of a proprietary organic matrix (TS5) sealed by heat fusion within a high-quality far UV quartz cell to ensure stability and durability.

It features 14 certified absorption peaks at known wavelengths, providing a reliable standard for wavelength qualification in the Near Infrared region. The absorption bands exhibit asymmetry, causing spectral bandwidth-dependent measured values. Certified values at bandwidths of 1.00, 2.00, 3.00, 4.00, and 5.00 nm are supplied with the calibration certificate for precise instrument qualification. Additional certified data at other wavelengths and bandwidths can be provided upon request.
